I heard one time that to expect to have several occupations in a life time.  Little did I it know at the time, but my 14 different addresses (and occupations) in the United States and Ireland have truly prepared me to help you to buy or sell a home.  I find much pleasure in helping people find their perfect home and I particularily enjoy the challenge of selling a home because I do what it takes to make the sale happen.

Have you ever felt your realtor wasn't listening to you or didn't have your best interests at heart?  I obtained my real estate license November 2001 because I experienced some of those concerns.  I began my real estate career with Coldwell Banker Burnet in Maple Grove November 2001.  I made the switch to Keller Williams Classic Realty in September 2003 because of the the company's innovations but the office was located too far away.  I was introduced to Michael Kabis of KeyBis Realty and we hit it off immediately.  I was impressed with his vision, the seriousness he displayed about the business and the servicing of his clients, as well as his computer and marketing capabilities and thought this would be a great fit for me and for those of you who work with me. The same with selling a home. A good agent can make the difference of whether your home sells quickly or stays on the market for a long time. I look at the market daily and know what makes a home sell quickly. It isn't an accident--it's a matter of knowledge. Knowledge that I will gladly share with you.
